Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you can log into your Gloroda Account with your email used at checkout, where you can see the approximate status of your order. If the shipping method has a tracking number, it will be provided as well.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Shipping prices and delivery timings vary based on the total order amount and the shipping method used. For accurate info, select the product you wish to purchase and head to checkout to select and view your shipping options. Typically, delivery times range from 1-2 weeks. Processing times may vary based on demand.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you may do so via your Gloroda Account, or contact us at gloroda@cyberservices.com immediately.

What is your exchange policy?

The fastest way to process an exchange is to file a return for your current order, and once accepted, place a seperate order for the item you wish to purchase.

How long does it take to process a refund?

A return should be accepted within 2-3 business days if valid. Once the return is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method in a maximum of 10 business days. The full refund process may take a long time due to return shipping, but we will ensure that you recieve your money within the 10 days.
